Before converting your profile into a fan page; you must read facebook tearms and condition from here .
When you are ready to change your personal account into fan page:-
1: Go to profile to page migration
2: Click to choose a category of your page
3: Select a specific category from the dropdown menu and fill out the required information
4: Click Get Started and follow the on-screen instruction.
Note:-You can get your profile back so first think and you will loose your groups,pics,videos shifted to your page and your friends will likes of your fanpage.
